Hi,
so this may sound like an odd question but hear me out.
I used to be a student and I was using my MBA on a daily basis, there were reports to be written, papers to be researched and assignments to be completed.
However, after graduating I find myself asking the question: What shall I do with my MBA?
9/10 times I use my iPhone to read my mails or surf the web, when it comes to work I have my work-laptop.

So I just wanted to ask what you guys use your laptop for, that is, if you are not using it for work or gaming (I don't play videogames).
What are your use-cases? I just feel that I might be better off selling it and switching to my mobile devices (iPhone, iPad).

Thank you for your insights :)

Just outside of full-time work, and apart from iPhone/iPad for email, messaging and reading books:
  • Most web browsing and mail, for access to helpful extensions.
  • Copywriting, graphic design and photography.
  • Database design.
  • Writing a book or three.
  • 3D modeling/rendering to illustrate said books.
  • GIS, ground planning, compliance and bookkeeping (farm).
  • Remote management of farm web site.
Multiple large displays, file system, removable media/burning, devops environments, digitizers, color calibrators, scanners and printers... Ain't no phablet pullin' this whole train... Dining car, sleeper maybe.
