Hi, I have an mba m4 13”. I’ve had it for 6 months but only recently started using it more. Whilst typing I find that the backspace key is slightly lower than the surrounding keys. I don’t know if this is within tolerance or whether it’s to be expected or not.

It’s not a massive deal but I just wondered if this is kind of normal or not.

Thanks

There’s probably something stuck under the key….it is possible to remove it and clean any dust/hair/residue ect… but it’s a little tricky. You can use the edge of a credit card to pop the key off; but it must be done carefully, the tiny plastic tabs are easily broken if the procedure is done incorrectly. Just search youtube for demo videos.

Right ok, I might take into the Apple Store. It's in warranty obviously. Maybe they can reseat it. Don't want to screw it as it's perfect apart from that. Thanks for your help everyone.
