I've been trying to figure out which one would be the best choice for me over the last few weeks. Trying to get the bang for my buck and haven't decided.

I plan to use this for:
- Surfing
- Web Apps
- Photoshop (decent amount of work)
- Video Editing (iMovie and possibly FCP) Not major production but a lot of short 3-5 minute videos and some longer videos (15-25min), along with some captured gaming footage.
- Power at least 1 27-30'' display, possibly two.

If possible, I'd like to capture and/or video stream gaming footage. I do have a nice PC set up that can handle this... so I can use that if needed. But Ideally I'd like to do it all from one device, and eliminate the PC.

My main question would be towards the GPU. With the MBP, I get the Nvidia card. With the MBA/Mini I only get the Intel 4000. I've read a ton of threads of people saying "I loaded up D3 and I can play it just fine!" with all of the systems... But I can't find anything on how capturing the gaming content and/or streaming it will be affected.

If it's possible to be accomplished on the Intel 4000 chips, is the extra $1200~ worth it to upgrade to the MBP (pretty much the only reason is for the GPU, in my situation)?

For what I'm looking to do, how much of an upgrade is it from the Dual Core i5's to the quad core i7's (deciding between a MBA or Mini).

Then lastly... is it overkill for me to go up to 16gb ram?
