MBA Rev. A w/ Cool book blue screen

I just put a new hard drive in my MBA about four months ago, it was running hot and I read about cool book. I did the install paid the piper and typed in the access code, the MBA did a restart and since then the only way I can get it to start is in safe mode. I checked the startup folder and it is empty, I deleted cool book and tried to restart it. Please help me to get this figures out, I am not a computer savvy person per say so be gentle with what you ask me to do. Thank you Colin
