My screen got stains like air bubbles in the back of the panel. Is this covered by apple guarantee ?

And if not covered how can I get rid of this issue ?

If you are still in AppleCare/warranty period it should be covered, though we can’t give you any more advice without seeing a photo of what you are talking about.
