Hi,

I got one of these cards over a year ago and have accumulated a considerable number of MBNA points on it. These points are supposed to reward you with cash (I think in the form of a cheque?)

Anyhow, on their site and in my account I see NO place to cash out on my points or how to spend them or anything.

Has anybody ever redeemed theirs? Did you get a cheque? I'd like to use them but from what I can see it is impossible. Even tried to google how to spend them with no helpful results so I'm turning to you MR!

Thanks :p

I wonder if that (Smart Cash, I mean) is a Canada-only thing. I've never heard of it here. I have an MBNA (Now BofA) World Points card, and I've traded them in for cash several times. When looking at the credit card details online, there's a "Rewards" tab on the right that talks about redeeming, transferring, etc., the points.
