MBP 13" 2010 battery issue after HDD Optibay installation

Where the fresh snow don't go.
My MBP 2010 13" battery says "Normal", but won't charge. It says "Not Charging", but the battery is currently @ 10%. I could use the laptop if it's connected to the AC adapter, but it won't charge. Any suggestion to solving this would be greatly appreciated.
