So I am in bed watching something or just having my mac, on I fall alseep I wake up its dead, battery died so it switched itself off, I plug it in, it recovers, then the shadow screen of death comes and tells me I have to restart, been happening alot lately, what is the issue here? I remb it did not happen before.

Don't bump your own thread. It is both useless and rude. If you haven't received a responses yet, it's because nobody has an answer for you.

Kernel panics(the screen you are mentionning) can be caused by a variety of stuff, from software imcompatibilities to hardware problems. Post the Kernel Panic log and help us help you.
