Hi,

I tried installing Windows 10 via Bootcamp on my MacBook Pro 13" 2011 all day but I don't get it to work properly.
The last few times I installed Windows through Bootcamp with a DVD and everything went fine. (was some years ago)

Today I wanted to install Windows 10 again because I need it for a project. So I grabbed my Windows 7 and Windows 10 DVD and tried to install it, but I wasn't able to make it. (After some time I found the error, it seems that my disc drive is defect coz it isn't recognizing the DVDs anymore)

So I always go the:
No bootable disc found - please insert and press any key!

Tried everything with the discs, nothing is working

So anyway, I wanted to install Windows 10 with an 32gb USB 3.0 Stick.

I nearly tried everything:
- Editing the .plist from the Bootcamp App, so that "Bootcamp" is at least making the partition.
- After that the restart there are always two problems: a.) it keeps rebooting in the black screen with the "no bootable disc found - press any key" OR b.) I have to hold "alt" on startup to get to the boot manager and then I can install Windows through "EFI Boot".

When I installed the Windows 10 through the "EFI Boot" I got an error in the Windows 10 "installations screen" that:
"Blabla something with MBR, GPT, EFI and something like that"
Fixed it when I went to the Disc Utility and reformatted. After that I was able to install Windows 10 but then I have no Audio and other bugs (for example the screen is too dark and so on)

After that I tried to install rEFInd, that maybe I can boot from "legacy BIOS mode" that I can normally install Windows 10 from USB but that isn't working either.

Can somebody help me with this problem?

I just want to install Windows 10 through USB on my MacBook Pro 2011. Without any audio bugs or other problems.

Thank you!

Thinking that the problem is Windows 10. Having an MBP 2010 and there's Windows 7 is the only option.
Windows 10 is not acceptable by BootCamp Assistant. But Windows 7 used to work (installation from USB stick)
