Whenever I watch a Twitch tv stream on full screen in Safari, there are screen flashes at some random intervals showing inverse colors, and the video becomes not as smooth. Anyone else have this? Is this software / Apple issue? It's fine in Chrome.

I don't think High Sierra had this when I tried, but I switched from HS because I had a complete OS freeze while watching Twitch once (the graphics were messed up when it happened, as if it was GPU failure).
