I have a MBP 13 TB base+16gb

I'm doing a test with fully charged battery and minimum usage for me (1 external screen with a Netflix tab with safari and iterm) macOS battery indicator says I have 100% of battery and coconut is showing less. Also, charging the battery to 100 prior to the test I've seen the same behavior. macOS said 100% but coconut 96 and charging up to 100.

I've noticed also a high load with no real work. just 1 safari tab and iterm. and load is on 2.06 and while writing this post its down to 1.76,

it is possible that apple released the new mbp without proper firmware configuration?

maybe the faulty battery it's just macOS telling the system to shutdown when its counter arrives to 0 but there's more juice in the battery
