my cpu can get about 90C-93C if i'm running something heavy and cpu is 100% loaded

what i did it's run forth terminals with this command:
"yes > /dev/null" so cpu can be fully loaded for long period(10 mins) of time to see maximum temp.

i also used intel power gadget to see temps

can someone repeat this test? or provide me more info about topic

Seems like that would be pretty normal to be under high load, and the CPU heats up.
Your CPU is designed to go up to 105C before it will shut down automatically.

Do you hear your fan working? If yes, you'll be fine.
