MBP 13"
(2011) Thunderbolt
OSX 10.7.5
2.8 GHz, i7, Crucial SSD 256GB, 16GB RAM
27" ACD
(2012) Thunderbolt

- TB connected causes the 27" ADC to go black intermittently (frequency depends on data load, typically every 15-25 min) for a duration of 0.5s - 2s. (all applications)
- Can be duplicated with other 27" ADC
- Works fine with Apple Thunderbolt double DVI adapter with 30" ACD (DVI)
- MBP logic board replaced by Apple - PROBLEM NOT SOLVED

Please advise.
Thank you

It's either the TB cable or the ThunderBolt display. Cable is cheaper to rule out. Logic Board has already been ruled out.

The Thunderbolt ACD is most likely OK, as I was able to duplicate the exact same problem with two other Thunderbolt ACDs. All three tests were done via a built-in Thunderbolt cable within the Thunderbolt ACD.
