MBP 13" 3 beeps + Blank screen..

Had new 13" MBP for 3 days and love it, lifted the lid and the screen stayed blank and 3 beeps beeped...! I've googled and found it could be a ram issue, so took out the ram and installed again.... still blank and beeps :mad:

Is this likely going to be a logic board failure?

Your RAM is bad. Have to get it replaced.
