Ok it's a bit of a shortcut here but I was worried by the noise of my new mbp 13" when doing as little as watching a streaming video or running a very light session of ableton live (5% cpu), and after investigation found that the problem comes from the integrated video, and that driving an external display and running a video or the ableton live software interface causes a temperature increase of 25-30° (in the cpu, mesured with istat), and consequently the fans running full speed. quite annoying in a music production environment. The increase in temperature is close to none when no display is plugged.
This is a bit disappointing, specially seeing how silent it can be with only the ssd working.
I kind of gathered this is supposed to be normal behavior (and that 90° full load cpu temp is not supposed to be a problem); but it's still annoying specially when I need complete silence recording (for now have to unplug the screen and it's ok).
I'm considering a cooler pad solution, with close to silent fan, but I'm skeptic about the result, seeing the vent comes from above.
so far I've noticed this one (nice looking, double as a height enhancer):

maybe this one but the fan is not well placed:

and this one is well referenced:

also this one for macbook:

any advices on those or other you'd find suited (has to be close to completely silent and has to lower the internal fan rpm say from 6200 to 4000, that already would be great). I take any other advice regarding this issue
thanks
