MBP 13" hard drive upgrade

What is the largest drive I can upgrade to ? and which brand has been proven to work ? I just upgraded to the Lion will I have to re-purchase that for the new drive or can i migrate it over to the new drive along with some of the other programs needed?

Find the biggest cheapest format is for OSX..and install whatever however you want.

Needs to be SATA II or III

no PATA/IDE
