MBP 13' HDD Replacement

Hi Everybody

I want to change my MBP HDD with a new 500 GB 7200rpm disk. Of course i want to buy a fast disk with little noise level. Can anyone suggest me a specific model of HDD for my needs? Thanks a lot

1. Western Digital Scorpio Blue
2. Segate Momentus
3. Hitachi

All 3 of them, users have had bad experiences saying it's noisier than another HDD. You're going to have to pick one and try it out, if it's too noisy return and go for another one. Personally, had the Seagate Momentus, vibration was intolerable so I switched to the Western Digital and have been happy since. I'd say go with the Western Digital HDD.

The Scorpio Blue is only 5400rpm. The OP wants a 7200rpm drive, and Western Digital don't make a 500GB 7200RPM drive currently.
