MBP 13 i5 and miniDP - DVI

HI,

I need quick answer, i order mbp 13 i5, but i heard that adapter miniDP - DVI support only 1920×1080 and my monitor is 23" with 2048x1152.

What can i do to get 2048x1152 from mbp miniDP.

I found Apple MiniDisplay to DVI Dual-Link adapter but is too expensive...
