MBP 13 inc with Corei3??

I was just wondering, wanted to update to a new MBP 13 inches. But the processor is Core2Duo.

My question is? Is it better than Core i3? As its newer? And 13 inc laptops usually have it??

If not, when can we see a newer MBP 13inc ? with new chip?

Its sad that others (15, 17inc) have newer ones but 13 inches is still waiting.

When to expect the next 13 MBP refresh?

I want to replace my older 15 inch MBP SR 2.2Ghz with a smaller 13 inch model. When can we expect the next 13 inch refresh and is it likely it would be something other than a C2D? Thanks.

While I absolutely LOVE the 13" size, I just replaced mine with an i7 15". I was already feeling like it was (just a little bit) slow, so I was afraid that in a year or two I'd feel it was really slow.

Now if only the UPS truck would arrive with my new one...
