MBP 13' Mid 2009 SSD and Memory Upgrade

Hello People, First Topic :O
I have done quite some search now and i see there are many limitations on both Memory and SSD capabilities of the older Macbook Pros.
I want to upgrade to an 128 GB SSD and my upgrade my2GB Memory to 8 (thats the max it supports i guess).
Could you write which products should i get with which specifications?

Like i think i learned i cannot or it does not matter if i buy 1066 MHZ or 1333 Mhz Ram??..

OR
the SATA connection is limitied to what 1.6? so i should not buy a 6GBS sata SSD ? Right ??

You need 204-pin 1333 MHz PC3-10600 SO-DIMM DDR3 SDRAM and get them from MacSales/OWC or Neweg or Amazon or many other sources,
and you can use a 2.5" S-ATA HDD/SSD with a maximum height of 12.5mm. The 2009 MBPs support S-ATA 3.0Gbps (S-ATA II).
