Hello I've got a problem with my MBP 13" from Mid 2010.
I've upgraded it to 8GB Ram, SSD, SSHD in Optibay. My User folder is on the SSHD. Always worked fine. But since a while the fans are spinning even with little to no load and even while browsing the internet and the machine often slows down. For example, right now CPU is 55° and the fans both around 3000rpm. Already used Apple Hardware Test, Tech Tool Pro 9.5 etc. I've opened the machine every once in a while and always removed dust from the fan, however I never fully removed the fan. The upper left corner over the "ESC" key gets crazy hot, almost painful to touch.

Has anyone an idea? I thought about the thermal paste but the temps seem quite low for that.

It makes me crazy, it sometimes reaches the point where I can't really work anymore.

Thank you so much in advance!

I use it on a flat surface, so no problem with airflow etc. Already did NVRAM and SMC reset
