Hi,

I am looking for mbp 13" mid 2012 technician's guide, can somebody please provide the technician's guide for mbp 13" mid 2012

Well one thing you can try first is resetting the PMU. Unplug laptop hold power button down and while holding it down plug in the laptop. Keep like that for 15 seconds release wait 5 and press the power button.

have done that already, alas still no avail
