MBP 13" Mountain lion graphics bug

hello,

i have a huge graphics bug in mac osx that i dont know how it started, all my highlighted text turns white and doesn't get the surrounding blue box and many images (like the next and prev arrows from finder) are missing.
also some things like quick view dont work anymore.

i checked the console and it keeps giving me this error:

Here you can see that the top bar in finder is empty when it should contain images.

hope anyone has a solution that doesn't require me to reset my whole macbook.

and by the way i have tried repairing permissions
