MBP 13" or MBA 13"?

What would you suggest me, buy the 13" MPB with no SSD or wait until the release of the new MBA in June\July?

I mean, in terms of performance the new MBA will be similar to the non-SSD MBP? I would use it basically to browse the net, watch films and study.
