MBP 13" Retina: Headphone sound quality.

Has anyone got any advice on improving the awful sound quality when playing music through headphones? It's pretty terrible right now, as though I'm playing at full volume through a crap headset.

Well my 13 inch rMBP has always been fine on headphone sound quality, but it's so subjective that whats good for one is rubbish for another. If sound quality is your bag then get a USB DAC for your headphones Dragonfly make some good ones.
