Mbp 13in mid 2014 support QHD at 60hz

hi All,

I am Having trouble confirming if my mbp 13in (mid 2014) will be able to drive a ultrawide qhd monitor (3440x1440) at
60hz. The monitor specifically is linked below.

Tried a 4K monitor at 30hz and the 30hz is driving me nuts.
