You could but you will need to get a USB video adapter and i am not sure they support OSX.

Can i not just get a duel split adaptor for the mini display port?

I just was not sure if it would have the power to run it?

I havn't tried this solution and the matrox is a relatively new product (the dp version is) but that's all I know. There are some other solutions too and i'm sure others will chime in.

You need an adapter to do it though and it would appear as one big screen as far as you mb is concerned. I think as long as the combined resolution of the two screens is less than or equal to the maximum the graphics card can handle it should work.
