MBP 14" External monitor issue?

Hi,
I have Belkin Thunderbolt Pro dock and my display is connected to it with DisplayPort with the M1 everything did work just fine but now when I use it in Clamshell mode and reboot the display are black and I only see the mouse pointer.
If I open the MBP 14" it's the same black only pointer visible.

But if I do it with the display connected and I have the MBP also open then I can reboot etc without any issues.
