Work office, sometime games and most important, to keep for 5-6 years...

Unless it's highly graphics-intensive office work, or gaming on a Mac is worth a lot of extra money to you, the Max in any configuration isn't a very good fit. It's way overpowered for normal office work, but not nearly as good for most gaming as much cheaper PC equipment.

Tks... gaming is not very often, the hard job is at office with 3-6 excel documents at the same time, outlook, teams and other programs, all at the same time

The base model would very probably be fine for that, but others could say more definitely.
