MBP 15" 2.66 i7 Heating up constantly on Lion OS X

Hello to everybody. I'm new to the forum and i was wondering if anybody else has heating problems with his/her laptop ?

My fans are always above 3500 RPM with almost no processing power being needed for any application. The processor stays at a little below 10% usage at all time and i still need cooling.

Anybody else has this problem ? what should i do ?
Is it possible that apple will resolve this through an update ?

Please help.
