MBP "15 2011 strange problem with graphics

I have a strange problem with a used macbook i recently bought.
It is early 2011 15" mbp, i7 8gb ram on OSX Yosemite.
I have two gpus:

I have experienced a few glitches while just using the computer - browsing the internet, or just using finder - please have a look:

What is causing this problem? What can I do?
