A very annoying issue, which I cant explain and cant find any explanation on Internet.
Setup:
MBP 2012 (A1286), 15", 2.6, 16 RAM, 512 SSD, 1GB GT650. Clean, new thermal grease etc - almost perfect condition.
Staying in HengeDocks (actually doesnt matter), connected to power and ACD 30" display.
MacOS 10.14.6
Problem:
while working at low loads its okay, fans are doing 2000 rpm, temperatures about 40-50C
when I give it some load (i.e. couple tabs in Safari with youtube or so - not a very big deal, actually) it starts heating but 'forgets' to adjust fans, so quickly overheats up to crash
after the crash and reboot fans immediately starts to 6000 rpm and machine cools down
NB On a heavy load - Cinebench etc - fans work normally, spin up accordingly to load and machine does not overheat.
What is it? Software glitch?
