Hi to all!

I have a 2015 MBP 15 inch, with the battery replacement program, so:

Option 1: I can change the battery for free on Apple and stick to the 2015 model.

Option 2: I can send it back to Amazon, receive the 100% of what I paid (2000 euros) and put 600 euros to get the last 2019 MBP 15.

Use:
Graphic design, mainly illustrator, photoshop, indesign, dreamweaver. No video editting or 3D, animation, etc.

Is my second machine, I use an iMac for daily work and the MBP when I´m travelling or anywhere else.

Any recommendation?

Thanks!

That's a pretty vague question. What do you use the laptop for? I would say get the 2019, but you haven't given a whole lot of information.

Sorry!

Go for 2019: smaller footprint and weighs less, better dGPU (if your 2015 has one at all), cpu, speakers, trackpad, display, usb-C ports (yes, I think that's a plus), 4 year warranty on keyboard.

The only reason not to get it would be if you really dislike or don't trust and can't get used to the new keyboard and large trackpad or if you want to wait for the rumored 16 inch (this fall?) / upcoming redesign.

I would go for the 2019 as well. I know a lot of people say that the 2015 is the best because of the thermals and keyboard. However, in the long run, (and currently) that 2019 specs would be solid to do all of those tasks you need to do on it.

thanks to all, I think I´m going to stay with the 2015... I´m afraid of the keyboards problems...

You have a 4 year old laptop and you could send it back for full refund. There is no better deal than that.
Keyboard problems, maybe, but given the historical patterns so far, any problems will be covered with extended repair program. I won't worry about that at all.

Yes, and now the difference is just 100 euros, because I can deduce the TAX $$.
