Just got my MBP 15 2016 a couple of days ago, as soon as I got hove I updated to 10.12.6

today for the second time I hear strange noise watching at this video

since is the second video and I knew about an audio issue on some MBP 15 2016 I was wondering if is an hardware fault.

I hear at a sound like the old vinyl could produce
 
I'm going to take a wild stab in the dark and suggest it's a naff audio recording. Given the slightly hissy/echoy nature of it, and the content... I don't think this is an expert in that field or anything.

Listen to several different things before worrying about a hardware fault. Generally speaking, a speaker will output audio; if the input is bad it will output bad audio. It's very unusual for the physical speaker to be the cause of such an issue, and would more likely be to do with software. So check a few videos, different speakers etc. and you'll see.
