MBP 15.6 9400 + 9600 windows 7

my question is can I have dedicated phsyx enable on the 9400 and use the 9600 as primary for windows 7 for gaming?

With the MacBook Pro? Link me to the thread please; perhaps I'm mistaken. AFAIK the 9400M is disabled under Windows.

I just read the post in question. The poster talked about two things. The first is that under OS X both GPUs could theoretically be used for OpenCL and other purposes. The second is that under Windows, Nvidia allows for a second GPU to be used for PhysX. However, he didn't mention any specifics, and IIRC the 9400M cannot be used under Windows on the MBP.

Until Apple release an EFI update Windows can't detect or use the 9400m GPU. Apple won't so most likely never!
