I'd just bought MacBook Pro 15-inch 2.2GHz (MC723LL/A), thinking to buy Apple Cinema Display 27-inch, is it worth the money? I'm not doing any graphic design works, just using my MBP for browsing, email and regular office works, just impress with ACD looks!

It works wonderfully. In fact, I've gone one step further and hooked up my Xbox 360 to the Apple Cinema Display using the Atlona HD620 HDMI-to-MiniDisplayPort scaler. You just need to sit back 4-5 feet for it to look simply stunning (normal computer distance is fuzzy because of stretching a 1920x1080 picture on a 2560x1440 screen).

It's all the benefits of having a 27" iMac with the portability of a MacBook Pro!
