MBP 15" # of fans iris pro vs. NVIDIA GPU?

does anyone know if the new 2013 15" MBP with dedicated NVIDIA GPU have more number of OR larger fans than the standard Iris Pro model? Couldn't figure it out after exhaustive search.

2012: two fans
2013 iris only: two fans
2013 iris + nvidia: two fans

it stands to reason then that the NVIDIA GPU version should run considerably hotter, yes?

Also then the total system may be effected by continued elevated operating temperatures?
