I am going to purchase a 15" Macbook Pro with an i7 processor, 500GB and a standard res screen. I will be using it for Final Cut Pro, Logic Pro, and CS5. What do you guys think? Any suggestions for additional things?

Vuze, Transmission,iAntivirus, office or iwork suite. Lemme know if I'm leaving anything out anyone?

Antivirus? On a Mac? Nah. Skip that one.

You'll know what you need when you need it. Seriously. Just play it by ear. Your HD will fill up with utilities fast enough.

Just wondering why not upgrade to the high res for 100 bucks, since I see you do a lot of graphics work, CS5 and Final Cut. That sounds pretty good but you'll know what you need when you need it. Like if you want to do HDR's well I guess you know you'll need photomatix. If you do audio i guess you know you'll need pro tools or logic. Great set up, sounds sweet!
