MBP 15" screen lottery?

Simple question (actually two) that I can;t get a consensus on from searching past discussions...

a) Is the 15" screen still better than the 13" (or Air) and

b) Are there better and worse 15" screens in the new 'mid 2009' 15" Pros, or are they generally consistent?
