MBP 16" 2019 TouchBar not reacting (Maybe Big Sur problem)

Hi,

I am getting a bit annoyed about the TouchBar not responding every time i touch it. Often I adjust the volume by pointing and then sliding the finger for setting the volume. But it seems after Big Sur the TouchBar is not as responsive as it used to be. Sometimes it ignores touch completely and you have to try again.

Anyone experiencing this?
