When I open my MacBook Pro 16, it makes a clicking noise once I reach about a 60-70 degree opening. I googled a bit and a few folks seemingly have a similar issue but within the first couple degrees of opening the lid, rather than this late.
Is this something that should worry me / something I could fix myself?

edit: there is no resistance when opening, the lid also feels very secure and doesn’t wobble or anything. It does not seem to matter whether I open the lid from the middle or either side.
