MBP 16 Edge of display darker?

Hi

I wondered if its normal to notice the edge of the display of my MBP 16 m1 pro has a darker edge? Its very very subtle and about 3-4mm in almost like a halo shadow around the entire panel? mostly noticed on white apple website or sites with a while background.

Like I said its extremely faint but something I have picked up and noticed from my 2012 mbp machine, obviously want it to be right as these things are not cheap!

Yes, that's the usual. It's partly affected by angle of view, as you might see if you move your head over to the edge of the screen. There are several threads about it here, some with photos if you want to compare.
