I am having an issue with my 2019 MacBook Pro 16 (2.3GHz i9, 16GB). When waking from sleep, or upon boot, it takes at 60-120 seconds for the Mac to see any wifi networks. Personal hotspot is instantly available and I can connect and use, but wifi networks within the area do not appear for a significant delay. This started in the last month.

Has anyone run into anything similar, or have any suggestions to fix?

Thanks!

I was having a similar issue with my MBP 16. I found the issue to be with the wifi channel that my access points was using. I set my wifi access points to use unique wifi channels and my MBP 16 has been good since.
