Hi, I have MacBook Pro 16inch m1pro 16gb.

My MacBook has been freezing as below and wondering is there anyway I can identify

1. it freezes once in 3-4 days (I use the computer around 10hrs everyday for work). Happened 3 times in past 1-2 weeks
2. when it freezes, I can see programs are working on the background (for example, tempt, network activity in istatmenu/ menubar is changing so assuming they are working)
3. mouse cursor can be moved but cannot click anything
4. keyboard doesn't work (only power button works - I can force shutdown MacBook, can logout and login via Touch ID)

tried plugging in USB keyboard/ mouse to see whether they work but they do not.

From what I read, it might be difficult to pinpoint the problem with above but is there any where I can look (like system log?) to identify what is causing the problem? I have looked through the console (there is nothing in crash reports, and for log reports, diagnostic reports, analictic data, system logs -> there are too many things going on so difficult to make sense out of it as I am not even sure where I should be looking at)

Would appreciate if some can help me out.

thanks!
