MBP 2.53Ghz or 2.8Ghz-Help

Hi, I'm a very long time MBP user. I use the MBP as my main business machine believe it or not connected to my ACD 23". I noticed they're also selling the 2.8Ghz version for $240 more. What would you guys recommend to get? 2.8Ghz seems like a bigger Mhz difference than what they offered previously for the money. A 10% increase in Mhz for a 10% increase in price. Any ideas, am I just tech obsessed to buy the 2.8Ghz with 320GB 7200RPM HD?
