The problem started this weekend, spinning pinwheel of death every minute or so.

The computer boots fine, I click my icon, freeze, input password, freeze, boots up slowly, no login items, freezing constantly.

I turned off wi-fi finally, no internet connection, computer running smoothly.

I was able to open itunes, back up phones, listen to music, open apps, even time machine sync.

I open Safari with no connection opens and closes fine until i turn on Wi-Fi, Safar can't connect, freezes, app store can't connect, freezing, iTunes store as well.

Already tried repairing disk, no problems there.

Thoughts?

Disk space is fine, only about half used after I moved all of my pictures to an external.

Its not only Safari, everything can't connect, itunes, app store, drop box, and its freezing like crazy.

The computer only functions correctly when the wi-fi is off and no internet connection is available.
