Mbp 2011 2nd HDD issue

Hi All,

just wondering if anyone can help me. I have a Mbp late 2011, I have changed the standard HDD to a SSD. This has work wonders. I tried installing the HDD as 2nd drive by removing the dvd drive. On disk Utility it is showing up as Disk2s2 but not mounted?!? Anyone can help? Thank You

Nothing. When I click on Mount nothing happens.

Is this a 13 or 15"? Also, what brand is the SSD?

I recall around that vintage, some Macbook Pros had a disk controller that was incompatible with certain brands of SSDs. In my case it was Corsair.
