Boot time on my MBP 2011 was about 15 seconds. Now, after Lion clean install it's 35 seconds. What happened? I tried PRAM to no avail. I have trim support enabler enabled on my Intel 250GB SSD. Any ideas?

Same here. Boot times were 28 sec under Snow Leopard, after upgrading to Lion it increased to 45 sec.

My Vertex 2 is 15 seconds.
Is your Start-up disk set correctly?
It is set exactly as it was set before the Lion clean install. Same every software and everything installed, the same as before.
