Hi all,

I'm currently working on a 2012 MBP 13" and I want to buy a faster machine.
I mainly use my mac for music production in Logic and Ableton.
Right now I'm thinking about buying a refurbished 2015 MBP 15" because it gives a good bang for the buck and doesn't seem to have as many annoying little problems as later MBPs.
But I'm not sure whether it is worth it paying the extra money for a model with the M370X dGPU.
I regularly use Photoshop and sometimes cut and post produce my videos in Premiere, using several layers of clips, so it's quite intense. So it might be an advantage to have the more powerful GPU.
But I also read that the M370X often dies and there's probably no way to have it replaced, right?

Can you tell me what you're genreal opinion is on the 2015 MBP 15" with/without M370X?
Would be happy to get some input from you!

Cheers!

Especially when using Adobe you need the dGPU. I personally love my 2015 with r9 but it is a bit slow when rendering compared to the newer models.
