It all comes down to what everyone does however overall, power is power and there seems to be some miss-pricing in Apple.
If you had the choice of:
-15'' MBP 2015 model ( This is sold as new in Apple although 2 year model already with Hashwell - bare in mind new disclaimer of apple for high sierra is 6th gen onwards)
- 13'' 2016 skylake 16 GB ram @ 2.0
- 13'' 2017 Kaby 16GB ram @ 2.3
Two bottom ones can work fine with 8+10 bit 4K when the 1st is a bit too old. If you were doing some video editing (including 4k GOPRO video + H 264) which one would you go for? Someone would say kaby cause its the newest however the 15'' MBP seems very solid! I just want to hear some arguments. thanks!
